Babilim licenses are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are decided and paid by Paddle under the Paddle Refund Policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. To ask for a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle support; you can also write to us at [OWNER: support e-mail] and we will pass the request on.

A license gives immediate access to digital content. By downloading a translation file under a paid license you ask us to begin supplying that content at once and acknowledge that, where the law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, you lose that right once supply has begun.

If a payment is refunded in full or charged back, the license is revoked automatically. Translation files already installed on your site keep working; only access to new files and updates under the paid license ends.
